Mendi has 12 years of experience in international development. She has had multi-faceted roles coordinating teams and leading visibility, strategic positioning, and knowledge needs for regional projects and new initiatives across Africa. Mendi is currently a Strategic Research Specialist with the United Nations Development Programme (UNDP).

Rebecca Guntharp is an entrepreneur with 8+ years of experience in brand development, operations, and strategic relationship-building. She brings her expertise in launching and scaling ventures to The Mbandi Tennis Foundation, where she advises on operational strategy and community impact.

Ollie has been involved in tennis since the age of 5, first as a player and subsequently as a coach. His trips to junior ITFs in Kenya as a traveling coach sparked his passion to help those unable to have access to the sport due to their economic and social situation in the country. Through the motto "talent is universal, opportunity is not", Ollie is determined to help make tennis a more accessible sport for everyone in Kenya, including coastal and rural areas.
