Coach Francis is an accomplished Tennis Development Coach with over 20 years of experience spanning coaching, player development, and national team leadership. As a former national player and Davis Cup representative, he brings a deep understanding of high-performance tennis, both on and off the court. Francis has held influential roles including Head Coach at the ITF East Africa
Training Centre and Captain/Coach for Kenya's Davis Cup and Billie Jean King Cup
teams.

Michelle Mendi Muita has over 12 years of experience in international development, specializing in development finance, governance, and regional partnerships across Africa. She currently serves with the United Nations Development Programme in New York as Coordinator of the Africa Credit Ratings Initiative, leading technical assistance, capacity building, and policy engagement across more than 20 countries.

Ollie has been involved in tennis since the age of 5, first as a player and subsequently as a coach. His trips to junior ITFs in Kenya as a traveling coach sparked his passion to help those unable to have access to the sport due to their economic and social situation in the country. Through the motto "talent is universal, opportunity is not", Ollie is determined to help make tennis a more accessible sport for everyone in Kenya, including coastal and rural areas.

Rebecca Guntharp is an entrepreneur with 8+ years of experience in brand development, operations, and strategic relationship-building. She brings her expertise in launching and scaling ventures to The Mbandi Tennis Foundation, where she advises on operational strategy and community impact.
